I am looking for a quote of 100, 1000, and 5000 cubes of aluminum (6061 or similar) 5/8" x 5/8" x 5/8". If raw 5/8" square stock is used, then the 3rd dimension should match the stock (EG - .630 x .630 x .630 ). Tolerance I would prefer would be +/-.001", but consistency of the 3 dimensions to each other is the most critical thing.
I assume the best way to do this is to pull and part the stock. If that is the case and parting gives both sides a nice finish that is square within .001" consistently no face off is necessary (a very slight nub could be acceptable. Quote it in both faced front/parted back and just parted finish on both sides if you can.
Thanks for your interest,
