Hi there, I know nothing! Want to learn.

First off sorry if I post under the wrong category. There are so many categories here! I've been reading a lot recently on CNC machines but I feel like I am not understand everything very well. That's when I decided to post.

I am interested in this kind of work in this video, but I don't even know where to start looking.

Me: I own a custom home building company in Cambodia and we do all of our work with skilled laborers. However a stone statue head like this requires 3 workers spending almost 150 man hours. I desperately want this machine as it can make this statue it says in 8.5 hours.

Of course it is marble and the machine says it's a 5 axis machine, but that's all I can figure out. I would use the search function, but to be honest, I don't even know what I am looking for. I don't know names of processes or specific tools at all. So, I am sorry, I have a lot of questions so I put them in a list below. Thank you anyone in advance!

1. What is the price of this kind of setup with all the necessary tooling? $50,000? $20,000? $100k?

2. What skills do I need to operate it?

3. How long will it take me to learn?

4. Can this 5 axis machine work in metal also?

5. (About 3d scanners in the video) How much do they cost and how hard are they to use?

6. How hard is it to draw a design into a computer and then have the CNC machine make the design? I assume I need a graphics designer specialist?

Again thank you so much, I hope to hear from someone very much!

EDIT: I have worked a lot with building engines and have worked a little with manual machining for engine blocks. I do understand some terms like: feed speed, surface hardness, cutting lubrication, X, Y, Z etc. The computer part is the one where I know almost nothing about, as well as scanners, etc.
