What kind of punch needed for this

I received those drawings from a customer and tough that those two holes were made with a dimple die but, looking carefully at the drawing, I don't know if they are standard holes with standard punch. Includes some PDF and screen capture.

Holes are 0.768/0.789 in diameter and o.116/0.148 deep.


Thickness of sheet metal is 0.037

Probably have a seal of some kind since the box will be filled with water and must be air tight.
