Need Help! Electronics for 4x8 gantry cnc

OK I'm stuck. Had it set in my mind I would get
"Cncrouterparts"

4 Nema34 @ 960oz/in stepper motors
4 Motor cable's
3 Nema 34 R&P drive's

I already have 'Pmdx"
126 BOB
134 motherboard

I ended up getting for free 12 - 3x3x24'x3/16 sidewall steel tubing. So my quest began. I will build a bigger machine, a 5x10 so I can cut 4x8 sheets of 3/4 birch plywood in one pass. Well someone had said to me you had better go with servo's on that machine. So off to "keling" to price their Nema 34 servo kit. Well in the meantime I found out that you have to have one heck of a gear reduction for servo's. And they are $$$$$$$. Ok maybe I won't go with servo's.......... Well what if I make my own? What ratio would I need to get what I'm looking for? With "keling's" motors.

So what I would like to achieve with this machine is :

Rapid's 1000ipm or higher
Actual cutting speed's of 300-500ipm
Be able to cut 3/4 ply in one pass at 300ipm or higher

Ok keep in mind the two Electronics kit's I had talked about.
Also the gantry will be around the 150lb mark and R&P on X,Y.
Ballscrew on Z. Any help would be Great!!!!!!!!! Thanks
