Have a real issue with Mach3 not being able to plot a tool path on my mill and issuing an error "TOO MANY NESTS". Mill is running XP PRO SP3 with a Pentium 4 3.2 GHz & 2 GB of Ram.
This pops up consistently on some programs only, while other programs work just fine. This would normally indicate a programming issue, except it works fine on my desktop & laptop both of which are Win 7. The strange thing is there is no subroutine nesting. Simply multiple calls & returns to the main program. I have to suspect it is some convoluted issue with XP but I'll be damned if I know what it is.
I have attached two programs. Program step 1, throws an error (XP only). Program step 2 does not. Sorry for the lenght of the programs but I did not want to pare them down for fear of missing something. Mach 3 Ver 03-043-066
Would appreciate any suggestions you might have.
Thanks,John
