All Around Machinist Needed

We're looking for an excellent machinist for our small shop

Location: North of Hartford, CT

Salary: 60k, 90k possible with overtime

Qualifications

Knowledge of Solidworks and Mastercam
Experience making prototype, one off parts
Experience making extremely tight tolerance parts using CNC Mill, lathe
Experience sourcing materials and tooling, maintaining equipment without assistance
Solve problems independently, work directly with engineers to modify and improve designs for manufacturability
Desire to work overtime. Typical week is M-F from 8am to 7pm and beyond.
Desire to work with a small team, startup company, creative environment
High energy level
Ability to work as the only machinist in the shop, at times
Knowledge of inspection techniques
