Does anyone have a g-simple config file for MachOS / Tormach PCNC-1100?

I posted in the Tormach forum, but perhaps this is a better place to ask:
Does anyone have a g-simple configuration file for generating good G-code for Mach 3? I'm actually using a Tormach PCNC-1100, which comes with "MachOS" (which really is Windows Embedded + Mach 3)
