Im putting together my first build and its going well. I did see on cnc4pc.com there is an mpg encoder here. I was wondering how to hook this up.
I want to have my regular Mach3 to Multi board then to drivers setup, then if I feel really lazy or just need to do a few light passes on some wood project just leave the comp off and bust out my simple MPG and do some light routing that way. Right now Im trying to figure out how to switch between my multi BOB (CNC4PC c11G) and the drivers, If I should use a ton of relays, diodes and splitters or what. Then I was told that it is usually set up a different way and I had it backwards. Is it possible to set it up to run by itself and if so how do I go about switching the drivers' input (besides manually switching wires)?
