I have a partner I E
I sent my Z axis motor out for rebuild, every time i go to reset the drives, the motor spins, which it shouldnt, and get a following error. The readout for Z changes when the motor is spinning so I don't think it is an encoder problem. But the person that rebuilt it was unable to do anything with my encoder. So that isn't tested other than what I can see while trying to reset the drives.
Motor sounds better after rebuild, new bearings, cleaned, cut, and undercut, and new brushes.
Any suggestions?
