Hey Folks,
Anyone have any experience with this Error 060 on an F8025M?
The error that is displayed on the machine is "Error 060 : Hardware"
According to the manual - Error 060 says:
"Internal CNC hardware error. Consult with the Technical Services Department"
I can get the controller to work in Op Modes 6, 8 and 9.
It gives the above error in Op Modes 0-5 and 7.
The machine was working, until we inadvertently shorted one side of the 120Vac supply power to ground while jogging an axis. It blew a 5 amp fuse that was placed in-line before the CNC control. We replaced that fuse, checked the 2 A/C fuses in the control near the power cord, and the one other fuse on the back of the CNC. All are fine now, but the error remains.
Hopefully there is an easy reset/fix. But whatever it is, it's inside the CNC box.
I think Fagor has stopped supporting the F8020 series, so I thought I'd check here for some assistance.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Todd
