Tool Changer Problem

My tool changer carousel has been acting up lately. It is almost like the bearings are gone because it has a hard time rotating in counterclockwise direction, and sometimes it stalls out. I had it apart a couple weeks ago, and didn't notice anything wrong, so I cleaned it up and put it back together.

Any ideas?

I was also wondering if there is a setting in the controller to have it only rotate in clockwise direction until I can get it fixed.
