Anyone using ESPRIT Pro-Engineer Native Reader?

I'm just wondering how well this reader works. Are there any problems with the model afterwords? We tried exporting to Parasolid, but we had artifacts around some holes. I was able to smash it to wireframe and surfaces, but lost the model.

Please give me some feedback when using the Pro-E reader.
