Hi All,
Glad to be on the forum now. I hope this is an easy answer. I just finished assembling the head of my Boss 5 or 6 Series 1 Bridgeport. The manual for my rotary phase converter instructs me not to connect the manufactured leg of the three phase to any single phase loads in my machines. So my question is Which leg or legs in the Bridgeport are used for single phase generation?
Secondly, and I'm just double checking on this one, I am producing 230V 3-phase. I have read that the transformer can handle 460 or 230 volt input. My understanding is that the jumpers on the wiring block need to follow the order on the plate atop the transformer for the required voltage. I deciphered the xyz/1234 numbering system and mine appears to be set fro 230v. :D Is this correct thinking?
Thanks all!
