Hello all
So we're working for the auto industry and want to set-up our own CNC department. Currently we have one 3-axis CNC mill in-house but frequently have to outsource milling for stuff we can't do in-house.
Basically we think we need two machines:
1: A big 5-axis for milling tools and patterns for production of composite automotive body parts. This is a supplier's machine we have used so far:

Minimum dimensions: 2500 x 1900 x 750 (mm)
Possibility of milling aluminum would be a big plus.
2: A 5-axis for metal parts like housings for gearboxes, suspension arms and similar. Aluminum most of the time, sometimes steel.
3. And maybe a wire-cutter... But that's not decided yet.
Of course the budget is the biggest issue. We are open for second-hand machines. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
