Need Help! Spc Alarm 319 Fanuc (Yang Vmc)(X axis communication)

I Have a Yang Vmc(1998 Yang EAGLE SMV 1000 )with a Fanuc O-MD control.Two days back i received a alarm named SPC Alram 319 on the x axis communication.I tried cleaning up the connectors and checking whether the connector got unplugged or not but of no help.I am getting the same alarm again and again please help me with this.
