Two tool holders for lathe

Hi all!

Can someone explain how to configure in Machine ID(??) two tool holders for lathe ?
I mean one tool in +X direction, another on apposite side of spindle on same saddle in -X direction ?

Optional: can i have a tool in Y direction ??

Like on swiss type lathe.

And how to deal with it in SolidCam. I'v tried to create tool path in negative X, but no path was craeated. Just nothing :(
