Attaching T-Slot To Linear Bearing

Hey guys,

Looking to build a CNC Hot Wire cutter.

I want to use T Slot extrusion. One question I have is I want to attach my upright T Slot extrusion directly to the linear bearing. Do you drill a hole right through the extrusion and bolt to the bearing? Is there a nicer way of doing this?
